Kingman—Richard C. Allen, 21, Route 1, Kingman, died at 4:27 a.m. Tuesday, April 4, 1989 at Phelps County Regional Medical Center, Rolla, Mo.

He was born July 28, 1967 at Danville, Ill.

Surviving are his natural parents, Michael Linker, Veedersburg, and Diana Allen, Covington; his adoptive parents, Sherman and Betty Allen, Route 1, Kingman; maternal grandmother, Mable Linker, Veedersburg; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was s life resident of Fountain County and a 1987 graduate of Covington High School. He was a farm laborer and enjoyed music and hunting.

Funeral services were at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Shelby Funeral Home, Covington, with the Rev. Carl settler officiating. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery, Covington. – thanks to S
